Michael Gibbons

Mike Gibbons is recognized in Best Lawyers for his expertise in Commercial Litigation. Jeffrey Haynes

Jeff Haynes has been recognized in Best Lawyers since 1989 in Environmental Law and Litigation. He is one of the most well-respected environmental attorneys in Michigan. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, closely held companies, foreign governments, citizen groups and individuals in a wide range of environmental issues, including contaminated sites, riparian rights, air and water pollution, land use, criminal defense, and public lands. He is the editor of the Michigan Environmental Law Deskbook Second Edition, he is a fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers, and he most recently was recognized as one of the world’s leading practitioners in Who’s Who Legal: Environment and Climate Change 2022. Mary Kucharek

Mary Kucharek is recognized in Best Lawyers for her mastery in Municipal Law. Her extensive experience and knowledge provides the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is the City Attorney for the City of Birmingham, the City of Orchard Lake Village, and the Village Attorney for Lake Orion. Mary is very active in her community having served on the Oakland County Mental Health Authority Board, an Oakland County Bar Association Inns of Court mentor, and has lectured yearly at high schools and to community groups regarding alcohol, drugs, and under age substance abuse.
